Happy Independence Day

Even after 62 years of Independence, people start saying “we are dependent”, “there is no freedom that we want” and what not......I dont know why people are narrow-minded in this aspect, we are so independent these days..............

1.We have the freedom to hike prices of dal from what it was Rs.40 five months back to Rs.120 and never try to reduce those prices

2.We give freedom to all travelers into the country to spread swine flu without testing them at airport

3.We give freedom to all those criminals who did havocs in Mumbai last year

4.We give freedom to the countries giving shelter to LeTs who disturb us when we are bored with our routine (or they bored of our routine).

5.We give freedom to recession hit big countries to still show their domination on us.

6.We give freedom to some foreign airlines to check our Ex-president and the most adorable person of the country just as they check anyone else.

7.We are free to make nuclear deals with any country and trade off our security with power

8.We are free to cut throats of any girl if she ditches in between or even is she doesn't accept proposal

9.We are free to establish any number of our statues using tax-payers money when people are dying for a meal a day.

10.We are free to increase reservations to whatever number we want as a part of political strategy.

11.We are free to waste as much time as possible in cabinet sessions boycotting and cracking jokes

12.We are free to establish bars,pubs, etc wherever we feel there is good crowd coming in, let it be crowd coming to a place of worship which is just 50mts away.

13.We are free to allocate 100cr rupees funding to construct a university and finally end up constructing one office building in 5years.

14.We are free to turn our Ring Roads as many ways as possible so as to avoid the fat asses losing their assets.

15.We are free to bail-out any PSU whenever they are producing something at a cheaper rates than private firms owned by politicians do.

16.We are free to get accused alone of any fraud, let there be no relation with that or there many infinite people who should be involved if you are accused.

17.We are free to occupy lands wherever possible just that we need to have friends in registration office.

18.We are free to slap any government official publicly and get off any case by throwing a “sorry” word at him personally when no ones around.

19.We are free to pick pocket anyone in bus and get off without ever being caught by police.

20. We are free to conduct curfew or bandhs and make daily wagers devoid of their that day pay just because our leader is feeling ill.

21.We are free to have education only to people who afford it but not to those who adore it.

22.We are free to get any certificate from KG to PG , License, Passport without ever appearing for a test

23.We are free to give unnecessary threats on Tsunami just to create panic and thereby increase TRP rating for the news channels.

24.We are free to get addicted to dope and can stay high while driving at reckless speeds on highways.

25.We are finally free to write whatever we wish to but only at a place where no one could possibly read.

I think these 25 points reinforced your ideas on how independent we grew in these 62 years and probably we will keep this pace going on. But I wish we would give real “Independence” to our next generation by being more responsible for every activity thats happening round the clock.
